Tai Chi Chuan has been known to promote body power, improve and regulate health, support harmony and longevity. Nicanor has dedicated his practice and guidance to all levels of experience.

Tai Chi Chuan is a Taoist Chinese Martial Arts practice. It has been known to promote body power, improve and regulate health, support harmony and longevity. The fundamental development of Tai Chi Chuan is a progression which consists of a series of internal movements and postures centered on Yin-Yang theories, stillness, large & small circular motions, balance training and qigong exercise. The rewards of diligent practice are excellent and ideal for the devoted practitioner. Nicanor Snow's class consists of the "Classical Yang Family System". His training began at the Gin-Soon Tai Chi Chuan Club in Boston with Grand Master Gin-Soon Chu and his son, Master Vincent Fong Chu. He also has received critiqued instruction and training with Master Tom Tam & Master John Toy. Nicanor has dedicated his practice and guidance to all levels of experience. Drop in to observe or tryout a class.
Adult Evening Program: Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Sundays All Ages Program: Meditation and Solo Form 8:00 am - 9:00 am / Sword Form 9:00 am - 10:00 am / Fencing Training 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Monthly Enrollment: All Ages Program Kids (Ages 8 - 12 yrs) $70 /  Juniors (13 -17 yrs) $80 /  Adults (18+ yrs) $105 / Seniors $70
Fencing requires wooden Tai Chi Swords, available here.
Seacoast Tai Chi Club membership shirt required at enrollment.
